Court-sponsored Mediator Panel

Current Court-sponsored mediators are listed here. Where applicable, links to the mediator's website have been provided. As part of the application for the Court-sponsored Mediator Panel, the Court asks applicants to rate their subject matter expertise regarding legal topics, specific Federal acts, and other civil matters that are within the Court's jurisdiction. You may review each mediator's subject matter survey responses by clicking on the link labeled "Survey Response."

Court-sponsored Foreclosure Panel

Certain Court-sponsored mediators have agreed to focus on foreclosure cases.

In accordance with Local Rule 16-4, mediators on the foreclosure panel have agreed to provide eight hours of mediation (four hours per case) at no cost to litigants and to continue, if needed, at a rate agreed to by the parties and the mediator. Mediators are available in Ashland, Eugene, and Portland. Efforts are being made to recruit mediators in Bend and other Eastern Oregon areas.

Requesting Mediation: Parties in any case pending before this Court may request mediation by filing a motion requesting that the case be referred to the Court-sponsored Mediation Panel.
