Biographical Statement
For nearly two decades, I have worked as a civil litigator and trial attorney, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of disputes, and gaining a deep understanding of how disagreements develop, what fuels them, and what helps resolve them. Having tried cases to judges and juries in both federal and state court, I bring a practical understanding of risk, value, and leverage, insight which allows me to engage quickly with a case’s legal and factual issues and to communicate in a way that aligns with how attorneys analyze and strategize their matters.
With every case, a mediator’s thorough preparation is essential to understanding each party’s goals, positions, and interests.
