Your Employee Rights and How to Report Wrongful Conduct
The District of Oregon is committed to a workplace that fosters respect, fairness, dignity, and tolerance. The Court expects all relationships within the Court to be businesslike, professional, and free from bias, prejudice, harassment, and retaliation. The Employment Dispute Resolution Policy describes types of conduct that are prohibited both in and outside the workplace, and sets out options for addressing and resolving such conduct.
