Except for Certified Law Students making supervised court appearances in accordance with LR 83-5, individuals who are not generally or otherwise specially admitted to the bar of the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon are not eligible to appear in court (with or without supervision), file pleadings, sign pleadings, or appear on the case docket.  General practice admission and continuing membership in the bar of this Court is limited to attorneys of good moral character who are active members in good standing with the Oregon State Bar with full privileges. LR 83-2. Members of the Oregon State Bar with less than full privileges (including, but not limited to, pro bono, temporary, or provisional admission) are not eligible for admission to the bar of this Court.
