Recording Audio, Video, or Images

The recording of audio, video, or still images by means of any recording device is prohibited anywhere in District of Oregon courthouses, including courtrooms, except as authorized by a judge for ceremonial or educational purposes. This prohibition extends to judicial proceedings conducted remotely by teleconference, videoconference, or by any other means of electronic communication.
