Local Rule 83-6(d) details requirements for reinstatement to the bar of this Court following Oregon State Bar disciplinary action or return to active status. To apply for reinstatement an attorney must submit:
- An Application for General Admission to Practice ( Application for General Admission.pdf );
- Proof of reinstatement to the Oregon State Bar; and
- The appropriate fee.
Applying for reinstatement may be done in an attorney's admissions case or using PACER, depending on the circumstances. Refer to the table below to determine the appropriate method for you to file for reinstatement.

Results of your application will be delivered via NEF. |
