Drawing on nearly 15 years of litigation experience, I am thrilled to be serving clients in a neutral capacity as a mediator. I have completed over 70 hours of mediation training and regularly mediate for the EEOC and Clackamas County Resolution Services. I believe mediation is most effective when the mediator is committed to understanding and meeting the unique needs of the parties. I make myself available to discuss each party’s expectations prior to mediation, and work diligently to facilitate a resolution whenever possible.
As a partner with Folger Levin LLP in San Francisco, I primarily represented employers in employment law matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage-and-hour, whistleblower, and other claims. I also represented plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation matters. I received my B.A. from Duke University and my J.D. from U.C. Hastings College of the Law. I am a member of the Oregon and California bars.
