The Medford Division handles cases from the following counties:

• Curry
• Jackson
• Josephine
• Klamath
• Lake

The courthouse is located at 310 West Sixth Street, Medford, Oregon on the corner of Sixth and Holly. For security reasons there is no parking on the street directly next to the courthouse. Photo ID is also required in order to enter this courthouse. The courthouse is open Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. This building is on the Register of Historic Places and was constructed in 1915.

Take I-5 North take exit 27 toward Medford, turn left at East Barnett Rd (signs for Jacksonville), turn right at OR-99/S Riverside Avenue, turn left at E. Main Street, turn right at N. Holly Street, left at W. 6th street, courthouse on right.

From North:

Take I-5 South take exit 30 for OR-62/Crater Lake Hwy toward Klamath Falls/Medford keep right at fork, follow signs for Medford and merge onto Crater Lake Hwy/OR-62, turn left at Court Street/OR-99 continue to follow OR-99 turn right at East 6th street. Courthouse on right.
