Biographical Statement

I have participated in over 100 mediations, mostly as counsel for litigants.  I have served as a mediator in a few cases, and have attended Multnomah County mediation training.  I am a former Chair of the Oregon State Bar Alternative Dispute Resolution Section.

My practice is limited to investment-related litigation and arbitration.  I have been practicing for 28 years, and have been included in Oregon Super Lawyers every year since its inception in Oregon.  I am an arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and also serve on FINRA's National Arbitration and Mediation Committee, where I chair its Practice and Procedure subcommittee.
