Biographical Statement

I have been actively involved in circuit court annexed arbitrations since the 1980s, uninsured and underinsured motorist arbitrations since the 1990s, and has been engaged in mediation for the last ten years.  From 1997 to 2000 I served as a Pro Tem Judge for Multnomah County and was recently approved for another three-year term commencing in February, 2010.  In 2004, I received mediation training at Willamette University College of Law Center for Dispute Resolution and, since that time, have been an active participant in the Oregon Court of Appeals Mediation Panel.  For more information see http://www.chamberlainmediation.com. My practice is limited to mediation and arbitration. 

Previously I was a trial and appellate lawyer with Bodyfelt Mount Stroup & Chamberlain.  My practice included a wide variety of cases representing plaintiffs and defendants in tort, insurance, employment, real estate and commercial litigation.
