Biographical Statement

I have more than 100 hours of mediation training. I have mediated more than 500 cases over 23 years, many of them to a successful resolution. I am on the mediation panels for American Arbitration Association, FINRA, formerly the National Association of Securities Dealers and Arbitration Service of Portland. Volunteer mediator in small claims court and the Oregon Court of Appeals. Certified as a professional mediator by the International Mediation Institute, www.imimediation.org, mediate.com certified mediator www.mediate.com. Pro tem Judge, Multnomah County Circuit Court.

I practiced for 40 years with the Lane Powell firm and its predecessors. I focused on the resolution of business and commercial disputes including real property, rail and motor transportation, securities and banking issues. In 2005, I left the firm to set up Wilson Dispute Resolution and to become a fulltime neutral.
