Biographical Statement

Michael Lewton is licensed to practice law in three states, Oregon, Washington and Nevada. Although he represents both plaintiffs and defendants, the majority of his work involves representing defendants in personal injury, property damage, professional malpractice, insurance coverage disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, debt collection matters, and contract disputes.  He often serves as an arbitrator and has taken a number of courses and served as a mediator in cases similar to his area of practice.
