Biographical Statement

My Mediation Training and Experience:  Many moons ago I completed an OSB mediation training for litigators (1 day program), and 4 years ago I completed the Court of Appeals Settlement Program mediator training.  I also teach in the UO Law Schools Conflict Resolution program.  My experience as a mediator is all at the appellate level.

My Practice:  I have 20 years of litigation and appellate experience.  I now run an appellate-only practice in Eugene.  In my litigator days, I handled largely civil/business matters, employments disputes, and disputes with public bodies, including civil rights cases.
