Chief Judge Ann Aiken signed Standing Order 2011-3 on Monday, April 18, 2011. The order, entitled "In Re: Maximum Transcript Rates - All Parties Per Page," establishes new transcript rates for civil and criminal cases in the District of Oregon.

Attorneys and others seeking transcripts are advised that the new rates are effective as of April 18, 2011.
