LR 68.1 Offers of Judgment — Generally

(a) Not Filed With the Court (See LR 5.2)

Unaccepted offers of judgment are not to be filed with the Court. They will be maintained by counsel and made available to the parties or the court upon request.

(b) Use of Non-filed Offers

This rules does not preclude the use of an offer for any purpose allowed by the federal rules.
