CM/ECF User Manual
Both of these resources are designed to assist new users in quickly learning about and becoming comfortable with the CM/ECF system and do not require logins or passwords. In addition, CM/ECF users can practice electronic filing in our testing environment at ecf-test.ord.uscourts.gov.
