The Court has updated the Schedule of Fees to reflect the recent change in the mileage rate from $0.555 to $0.565, effective January 1, 2013. No other changes were made to the Schedule of Fees.
Revised Civil Cover Sheet (JS 44) Available
The Administrative Office has revised the Civil Cover Sheet (Form JS-44) to clarify the existing categories in the Prisoner Petitions and Immigration sections. Under Prisoner Petitions, an "Other" subsection has been added to distinguish habeas corpus petitions from non-habeas corpus actions. In addition, nature of suit code 463, Habeas Corpus - Alien Detainee, has been moved from Immigration to Prisoner Petitions.
